Shipping and Delivery
At Bohra Ji, we strive to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered efficiently and securely. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you are advised not to proceed with the purchase.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of successful payment confirmation. Orders are dispatched from our partner warehouses in India. Order processing takes place from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in India.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India, the United States, and Canada. Shipping is fulfilled through reliable third-party courier partners such as DHL, FedEx or other logistics providers depending on the destination and service availability.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
For shipments from India to the United States and Canada, the estimated delivery time is approximately 4–6 business days. For deliveries within India, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Guidelines
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including postal or ZIP code and a valid contact number. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Bohra Ji is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Multiple Products & Shipping Addresses
If multiple items are ordered in a single transaction, we aim to ship them together; however, this may not always be possible. Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only. Orders requiring shipment to multiple addresses must be placed separately.
Order Modification & Cancellation
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, modified, or edited. Address change requests may be considered only within six hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. For address change requests, customers must contact us immediately at info.bohraji@gmail.com.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery up to three times at the address provided by the customer. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the shipment may be returned to the origin warehouse. Any re-shipping costs arising from failed delivery attempts may be borne by the customer.
Out-of-Stock or Delayed Orders
We make every effort to maintain accurate inventory for all products listed on our website. In rare cases where an item is unavailable or delivery is delayed, customers will be informed within two working days via email. Suitable resolutions such as a revised delivery timeline or refund may be offered at Bohra Ji’s discretion.
Order Tracking
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Orders can be tracked using the respective courier partner’s tracking system. For delivery-related concerns or if a shipment shows a non-deliverable status, customers may contact the courier partner directly or reach out to us at info.bohraji@gmail.com.
Customs Duties & Taxes (DAP – Delivered at Place)
For international orders shipped to the United States and Canada, shipments are sent under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery. Bohra Ji has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
