Pricing and Payments

All product prices are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Bohra Ji reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Bohra Ji does not store or process payment card details directly. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other methods enabled on the Platform. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details displayed on the Platform are accurate. However, minor variations in color, design, fabric texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. Such variations shall not be considered defects.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Bohra Ji or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Limited License

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy. International shipments are sent under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms, and any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by destination authorities shall be borne by the customer.

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or modified, except for limited address change requests made prior to dispatch as outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Customers are advised to review the applicable policy before placing an order.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Bohra Ji does not control or endorse such websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
